Part Time Volunteer and Small Group Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we aspire to have a volunteer and small group coordinator. Our goals for this position are to help us amplify the impact of our ministries with a broader range of volunteers from our church. This position would build skill profiles for our members; source and recruit volunteers through various techniques; coordinate large volunteer events; help build more small groups with leaders; and arrange appropriate training when needed.  Your donation covers the part time salary of this position.
